Terms and Conditions for Purchase
- All our items are handmade.
- The colours of the items in the pictures may vary from the actual product.
- Slight imperfections are to be expected as they are handmade items.
- All measurements provided are approximations.
- No refunds or exchanges can be made.
- Items sold are at a 'first come first serve' basis.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change.
Payment and Delivery
- Potential buyers who request the same item will be put on a "Waiting List" until payment has been made by the first person on the list.
- Please make payment within 5 days after the order has been confirmed, otherwise the order is considered void.
- Postage will be borne by the buyer:
- We will not be held responsible for items that are lost/damaged/stolen during delivery.
- Items will only be sent out after the buyer provides proof of purchase (i.e: reference number of deposit made).
- Items will be sent out every Friday of the week.
On Customized Work
- The crafter reserves the right to accept or reject any orders.
- A deposit must be made upon agreement of an order and the amount is under the discretion of the crafter.
- The buyer has 5 days to make the deposit, otherwise the order is considered void.
- Upon completion of the order, the buyer will be informed to make full payment and provide proof of purchase (i.e: reference number of deposit made) before the order will be sent out.
- Deposits will not be refunded if the buyer decides to cancel an order.
